When do you charge for a transaction?
Transaction coordination fees are collected at closing. If a deal is terminated before the inspection/option period ends, there is no fee; if it is terminated after the option period ends, 50% of the per-file rate applies.
Do you charge if a deal falls through?
If the deal is terminated before the inspection/option period ends, you pay nothing. If it is terminated after the option period ends, a fee of 50% of the per-file rate applies. Just notify us within 24 hours, and if the file is later re-contracted we charge only the remaining balance.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not. Your quote is your price. Any optional add-ons (luxury upgrade, rush handling) are quoted upfront and never auto-billed.
