Our services include document management, compliance tracking, deadline management, and AI-assisted contract intake. KSS is not a licensed real estate brokerage, law firm, or title company, and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or documents.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials if applicable.
Ensure you have the legal authority to share the documents and information you submit.
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. AI-Assisted Features

KSS uses AI technology (“Atlas”) to assist with contract data extraction, automated notifications, and general support inquiries. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to human review by our transaction coordination team. KSS is not liable for errors in AI-generated outputs.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for KSS services are outlined on our Pricing page and in any signed service agreement. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. KSS reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KSS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific transaction in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on keysupportsolutions.com — including text, graphics, logos, the 27-Point Compliance Checklist framework, and software — is the property of Key Support Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, KSS will complete any in-progress transactions through the current phase unless otherwise agreed. Fees for completed work remain due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
